Getting the Games Started
1. Paste the Roster
Don’t type names manually! Just copy your numbered list directly from WhatsApp and paste it into the Roster box. Set the number of available courts, and hit Start Session.
2. The Roll Call & Warm-Up
Before the first match generates, KU-LU-KE asks you to confirm arrivals. If someone is stuck in traffic, simply flip their status to Late / Away. They will safely sit out until you mark them active later.
🚨 Warm-Up Rule: The entire first round is enforced as a random warm-up match. Fixed partner setups are disabled for Round 1 to get everyone mixed up and moving. From Round 2 onwards, partner setups become fully available!
3. The Match Dashboard & Shuffling
The main screen shows exactly who goes to which court. If you have more players than slots, the app manages a fair waiting list at the bottom.
When the games finish, tap the floating 🔀 Shuffle button. KU-LU-KE will ask if anyone needs to drop out or rest before instantly generating the next exciting lineup.
4. End Session & PDF Summary
When the day is done and the courts are closed, hit the End Session button. KU-LU-KE will automatically generate a clean, comprehensive PDF summary of the day’s matches, playtimes, and stats.
Don’t forget to share this PDF directly in your group chat so everyone can review their stats!

- P (Partners): Shows how many times two people have teamed up.
- O (Opponents): Tracks how many times they have faced off.
⚙️ The 300-Trial Simulation
KU-LU-KE guarantees equal court time by drafting players who have rested the most. Then, it runs 300 randomized shuffle iterations in milliseconds, scoring every outcome using this formula:

+ (1 × Previous Opponent Encounters)
By heavily penalizing partner repeats, the app ensures you get to enjoy playing with fresh faces, while also mixing up your opponents nicely.
