Order Pooling
Order pooling means combining several different customers’ orders on the same standard sportswear print patterns & fabric ( Also known as a variant ). It shall bring down production and shipping costs and cost-effective solutions for our customers. By default, we take orders via order pooling.
For the PANAI brand, each minimum lot for manufacturing requires 20 EA or above for the same standard sportswear print patterns & fabric ( Also known as a variant ). Once the minimum lot required orders are received, order information will be dispatched to the factory. Since the dispatch is roughly it requires 3～6 weeks of lead time to deliver items at specified locations.
If you would like to override order pooling and get your items faster, change your order, or cancel your order please contact us via email at info@nunobiz.com. Skipping the order pool will potentially result in double the cost of what is shown in the product catalog. Click to order
Printing
If you wish to print your name or group name, please specify in the shipping comments section. For example; Name: SACHIN, Group Name: SONIX. Please note that text cannot be printed other than the designated area and texts are Case Sensitive.
Note: Below image text (White Color) will not be printed.
Billing
The billing method is cash on delivery, therefore kindly don’t cancel the order after dispatching it to the factory. As it’s a start-up business, it will impact us financially. Appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation. Upon payment, we will receive it via email.
Tracking
You will be given a Batch number for tracking. click this link to access the order tracker.
Quality Control
We will take responsibility for defective items or the quality of the fabric is not the same as the specifications. Please return the items within a day or two and please don’t use them. we will return the payment made during cash on delivery excluding return shipping costs.
